I am an IT professional who has been working in IT since 2014. I also recently went back to college to finish my IT Management degree at Boise State. I began my career working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) providing contracted IT support for businesses without their own dedicated IT staff. In that job I saw a lot of disservice done to the smallest of the business clients because they were deprioritized in favor of the higher paying clients. I wanted to provide a service tailored to those smallest businesses that don’t receive the same level of attention and care from service providers in today’s business environment. For that reason I decided I would offer consulting services only to those businesses. I work in IT professionally and provide these services outside of my normal working hours.
